How to lose weightlifting

Welcome to my blog on how to lose weight and also keep it off for good ,the biggest and the main reason why many people are not able to lose weight is because

1-Diets– yes being on a Diet may be the reason why you are not able to lose weight , sounds crazy right ? well heres why, when a person is on a diet they have a time period in which they want to sustain that diet and reach their goal.once they reach the goal and the time period is over they then slack off and go back to their old habits and gain all the weight lost . this also builds a very unhealthy relationship with food as going on a diet restricts you from consuming certain foods that you may be craving ,yes you can control your self for some time but once you consume the craved food you can completely go off the diet and ruin all the progress made

The goal is to make your diet catered around your lifestyle as well as being sustainable through your life , so that once you lose weight you keep it off for good

2-workouts– YES your workouts could also be stropping you from losing weight how insane is that, many people go to the gym and workout for hours and do countless reps to see very little to no progress , the reason behind this is simply over training, We recommend individuals to workout for 45 minutes to an hour MAX if they want to see weight loss and muscle gain at the same time, this is because your body is in prime condition during the first hour in the gym and will be performing at its peak level which will burn more calories causing you to be in a calorie deficit which will make you lose weight

Now i want you to imagine this – going to the gym for only an hour a day MAX and also being able to eat a healthy and sustainable diet that lets you indulge every now and then how amazing does that sound

3-appetite– Having a large appetite can also be preventing you from losing weight , this is pretty simple to understand why . the more calories you eat the harder it is to lose weight , if you want to lose weight you have to consumer less calories then you burn . theirs 2 way to do this , one is to limit your portion sizes and be in a calorie deficit or increase your portion size but do additional cardio to burn off the excess calories

HOW DO I LOSE WEIGHT?

We covered the reasons preventing you from losing weight but now do we actually lose weight ?

one way is eating foods that are low calories but high volume, YES these are mainly vegetables as they are very low in calories , i would recommend eating Watermelon , Tomatoes , onions , spinach , potatoes etc rather then eating these foods alone it would be much better to just eat it with a meal .

Rather then cooking eggs alone add tomatoes , onions and corn will add a lot for volume and flavor for very low calories , basically try to add volume to each meal

eating every 2-4 hours is another way of  losing weight , eat smaller meals but more frequently this will reduce your overall calories but still keep you energized throughout the day , look at food as fuel rather then a means to lose weight ,if you provide your body with the right fuel your body will look good as well

The way i look at it is to surplus your appetite so that we are less hungry and consume lower calories through out the day but still feel full as we can have larger quantities
